Clark County Garbage Guidelines-Multifamily Complex Services
Including Battle Ground, LaCenter, Urban & Rural Clark County
1) Containers and carts must be available by 6:30AM with no obstructions (low wires, tree branches, or cars blocking).
2) You are billed for the service level requested. There will be no credit given for partially filled containers or no carts/less carts out on a service day.
3) There are no vacation stops on multifamily container or cart services.
4) If a container is blocked or not accessible, there will be a return trip charge if we are requested to return whether it is the same day or not.
5) The only holidays our drivers do not work are Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. If your pickup falls on or after one of those holidays during the week, your service will be delayed by one day.
6) Please call and report misses immediately so we are aware and can make sure your Containers or carts get serviced. If we do not receive a call then we do not know that you have been missed.
7) All contents must be level with the edges of the container or cart. Any lids must be completely closed.
8) The following items are not acceptable: Tires, Car Parts, Concrete, Dirt, Rocks, Steel, Furniture, Appliances, Mattresses, Hazardous Waste, Construction Debris, Roofing and Remodeling Material. We offer other services and resources for proper disposal of this material. Please contact us for more information.
